2022 STLCC JUNIO 20220622 - STLCC - Comunicado - La Secretarí­a de Estado en los Despachos de Transparencia y Lucha Contra la Corrupción (STLCC), al público en general, HACE SABER, que se encuentra en situación de no poder evitar la interrupción de los servicios que presta por medio de sus plataformas digitales (ONCAE y demás), bajo las consideraciones siguientes: 1) Que el Congreso Nacional, a instancia del Poder Ejecutivo, aprobó el presupuesto de la STLCC, pero las autoridades competentes aún no lo han habilitado (está congelado desde el 7 de abril, fecha de creación de esta Secretarí­a), pese a que todo lo que fue requerido para ello se cumplió oportunamente, impidiendo el cumplimiento de las obligaciones financieras (salarios de los empleados, pago a proveedores, servicios públicos y demás), por lo que es imposible financiar los costos de los servicios señalados. | 2) Que esta inexplicable falta de presupuesto ha provocado graví­simos problemas a la STLCC, además de la flagrante violación a los derechos humanos por lo que se refiere al no pago de salarios a los empleados, quienes se encuentran en situación de calamidad doméstica, y no dudamos que más amenazas vendrán, desde las redes de corrupción del régimen anterior que se resisten a abandonar el Poder, para impedir que se instale el sistema de transparencia, rendición de cuentas y lucha contra la corrupción propuesto por la Señora Presidenta de la República en su Plan de Gobierno. Por esta razón, la STLCC declara que los intentos por boicotearla no serán obstáculo para cumplir estas propuestas presidenciales, como no lo ha sido, para cumplir las metas institucionales en estos meses, la arbitraria inhabilitación del presupuesto, actos que no dudaremos en denunciar cuando ocurran. | 3) Que si finalmente deciden habilitar el presupuesto (fecha desconocida todaví­a), se informará al público en general la reanudación de la prestación de los supraindicados servicios.
