DECRETO EJECUTIVO NÚMERO PCM-02-2025.-ARTÍCULO 1.- Como medida extraordinaria en materia económica por razones de interés público y social, para proteger la economía de las familias de los sectores económicamente más vulnerables del pías, se otorgará un subsidio al pago de la energía eléctrica para los abonados que registren consumos iguales o inferiores a 150 kWh al mes, para lo cual se autoriza e instruye a la Secretaria de Estado en el Despcho de Finanzas (SEFIN), para que realice las operaciones presupuestarias, financieras y contables necesarias durante el ejercicio fiscal 2025, que permitan disponer del subsidio del pago del sesenta pr ciento 60% para la Empresa Nacional de Energia Eléctrica (ENEE), a favor de alrededor de UN MILLÓN (1,000,000.00]) de clientes con consumos iguales o inferiores a 150 kWh, los cuales pueden variar mes a mes, según su tasa de consumo. Los montos mensuales deberán ser trasladados a la Empresa Nacional de Energia Eléctrica (ENEE) en un periodo no mayor a cuarenta y cinco (45) días, una vez recibida la notificación por parte de la Empresa Nacional de Energia Eléctrica (ENEE), con la información revisada, depurada y certificada de la base de clientes subsidiados.
